Nathalie Lalonde Goldhar has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to becoming a Toronto real estate professional, Nathalie worked in advertising and communications. As such, Nathalie has a very good understanding of individual client demands and needs. She understands how to listen, provide service and add value. Her project management skills, along with her uncompromising attention to details have contributed to her success over the years. Her business skills come to the forefront when negotiating.
Raised in Montreal and fluent in French, Nathalie and her husband live in Chaplin Estates with their two teenagers, two dogs and a lizard.
Janice Mitchell
Janice Mitchell has a background which includes more than 15 years of working for a construction company in Toronto. She knows construction materials and methods and can recognize quality work in a home or condo. Her involvement has included additions, renovations, building permit applications and inspections, and her work involved successfully working with subcontractors and suppliers in all areas of Construction.
Raised in Chicago and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champagn-Urbana (Fighting Illini), Janice worked in Texas for six years before settling in Leaside where she and her husband raised three children.
Janice and Nathalie believe in volunteering as a way to contribute to our communities.
